碰巧看到這篇不算長的文章"Ten simple rules for responsible big data research"。雖然內容不長，但自己還是沒耐心把它好好仔細從頭讀到尾。為了對這十三位在該領域各據名聲風騷的聯合作者表示歉意，就把他們所列出對於這個世代著迷於大數據之際對研究倫理提出重要警醒的十大重要規則給翻成中文，順便滿足一下我個人對於 responsible data 不成熟的好奇。

盡責大數據研究的十個重要簡則

  1. Acknowledge that data are people and can do harm 認知到資料代表活生生的人，可能因此對人造成傷害

  2. Recognize that privacy is more than a binary value 認知隱私權並不只是二元是非的價值

  3. Guard against the reidentification of your data 防護阻止研究資料被用來重新連結當事人的身份識別

  4. Practice ethical data sharing 落實倫理負責的資料分享
